CANGO WILDLIFE RANCH

The Cango Wildlife Ranch is a wildlife ranch 3 kilometres north of the town of Oudtshoorn in South Africa. It was established in 1977 as a crocodile show farm.

OSTRICH FARMS

Rural farm visit with ostrich feeding & petting, incubator tours & a chance to see chicks in season.

There is ostrich racing, ostrich feeding and ostrich hatching.  Visit any of the farms for an unforgettable experience. Tours depart every 15 minutes all day long – from 08h15-16h30

CANGO CAVES

The Cango Caves are located in Precambrian limestones at the foothills of the Swartberg range near the town of Oudtshoorn, in the Western Cape Province of South Africa. The principal cave is one of the country’s finest, best known, and most popular tourist caves and attracts many visitors from overseas.

Standard Tour:

  • 09:00 – 16:00 – starting every hour
  • Duration of tour: 60 min

Adventure Tour:

  • 09:30 – 15:30 – starting at half past every hour
  • Duration of tour: 90 min

Out of season Adventure tour depart every 2 hours starting 09h30, 11h30, 13h30, 15h30
Open every day except on Christmas day

CP Nel Museum

The CP Nel Museum is a museum in Oudtshoorn, South Africa, which houses exhibits depicting the role of the ostrich trade in the town’s history, as well as the cultural history and lifestyle of the people of the Little Karoo region, as it was during the Victorian era and early 20th century.
